Rochelle is a graduate of Southern Maine Community College where she holds an Associate of Science Degree in the Arts. Rochelle has been nationally recognized for her Academic Excellence. She has held the position of Vice President of Scholarship for Phi Theta Kappa (the world's largest and most prestigious honor society for two-year college students), and has been on the Dean's List. Rochelle is a former Miss Maine, USA contestant, and is recognized as the Miss Portland, Maine 2019 for America titleholder. She has competed for the title of Miss Maine For America 2019 where she was awarded Top 5, 3rd runner-up, and the winner of Fabulous Face.

Outside of work she is an active member of her community and participates in many organizations. She has fundraised and volunteered for many charities including The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Bell Drive, Camp Sunshine on Sebago Lake, The American Heart Association, and Maine’s Childhood Cancer Awareness. She has raised money for The Wounded Warriors Foundation, and Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors. She is a member of the Roman Catholic Communities of Cluster 22 at St. Bartholomew's Parish in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and also attends Kingdom Life Church in Oakland, Maine.

With her experience in front of a camera, she learned to master the art, and find passion behind one.

Aside from her accomplishments and some of her most pretigious honors, she has always had an eye for finding beauty in the the little things, and helping others to find, and see the same. It was through pageantry and freelance modeling that she now makes modeling her full-time career. She can be seen in a few commercials throughout New England. With her experience in front of a camera, she learned to master the art, and find passion behind one. She decided to turn what was once a photography hobby into a side hustle, as she fufills her dreams of modeling and acting. She hopes to help her clients to feel as beautiful as her photographers have helped her to feel. She wants her clients to shine and embrace all the beauty that they are, while helping to make their special moment, professional venture, or business bloom.
